Diversion 11.-12.07.2022
Due to road work (asphalting), there might be a diversion on the local roads Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th of July 07:00-17:00.
There are two routes from Voss towards the cabin. The eastern route might be closed, thus please go via the western route.

When navigating with Google Maps, please add the bus stop named “Haug, 5708 Voss” as a via point [google maps link] before Høgelibu [google maps link].
Directions (without navigation):
Here are directions to the cabin, depending on where you arrive from:
Arriving from the west via E16
When you reach the first roundabout, take right towards the city centre instead of going through the tunnel
Drive straight forward through the city centre.
After crossing over the river, turn right, then immediately left towards Rong
After 6 km, take left towards “Voss tur- og skisenter”
After 400 m keep left. Then follow the signs toward “Voss tur- og skisenter”
After 1300 m go left (if you by mistake go straight ahead you’ll end up in a dead end at a parking space after a couple of hundred meters)
Follow the road until you go under an underpass/bridge that is still under construction. Then go left by the recycling point, and you will reach the cabin on your left after 400 m.
Arriving from the east via E16:
At the roundabout when E16 goes right through the tunnel, go straight ahead.
Then go right towards “Voss sentrum”
At the end of the road at the traffic light, go left.
After crossing over the river, turn right, then immediately left towards Rong
After 6 km, take left towards “Voss tur- og skisenter”
After 400 m keep left. Then follow the signs toward “Voss tur- og skisenter”

Arriving from the south via Rv 13 (Hardanger Fjord, the south):
Go left towards Gjernes (3,6 m height limit) just before the bridge.
After the Esso gas station, go double left just before the bridge towards Rong.
After 6 km, take left towards “Voss tur- og skisenter”
After 400 m keep left. Then follow the signs toward “Voss tur- og skisenter”
